Celebrating International Women's Day, UGEFA is proud to focus on the insights and experiences of four women business advisors who are actively shaping the landscape of green entrepreneurship in Uganda. Their collective wisdom offers insights into the importance of inclusion and empowerment in driving sustainable business practices and environmental stewardship.

Her approach exemplifies the dedication required to navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship and drive sustainable outcomes.

Victory Mugenyi Nabakooza, another UGEFA Business Advisor from Challenges Uganda, emphasises the strategic imperative of empowering women in sustainable business practices. Beyond being a moral obligation, Victory sees this as a smart investment in Uganda's future economic and environmental sustainability. By unlocking the potential of women entrepreneurs through comprehensive support mechanisms, including funding, mentorship, and policy advocacy, Victory envisions a thriving ecosystem where women play a central role in driving innovation and green practices.

Barbara Akello, from Bluewater Advisory and working as UGEFA Business Advisor, brings to light the transformative power of women's inclusion in entrepreneurship and environmental conservation.
